Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Office Manager by Dzimark ("Office Manager") and this website, provided by Dzimark. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give us a real email address — we use it for your license, billing and security messages.

License

• Each license key runs Office Manager on one server at a time, for the number of active users your plan allows.
• You may install, configure and use it for your own organisation. You may not resell, sublicense or remove the license checks.
• Your server checks in with us once a day to keep the license valid.

Free trial and subscriptions

• The free trial lasts 7 days and starts when you add a card or UPI AutoPay mandate. Nothing is charged during the trial. In India, Razorpay takes a ₹5 verification payment when the mandate is set up and refunds it automatically.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and is charged automatically, then renews every month or year on the plan you chose until you cancel.
• Prices are shown before you subscribe and may include taxes where required. If we change prices, existing subscriptions keep their price until we tell you otherwise in advance.
• If a payment fails, Office Manager keeps working for 7 days so you can update your payment method; after that it shows the License page until you renew. Your data is never deleted.

Cancelling

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account (or by writing to us). Your license keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.

Your data

Office Manager runs on your server and the data in it is yours. You're responsible for your server, backups and the encryption key file created at installation — without it a backup can't be read, by anyone, including us.

Updates and support

While your license is active you can download new versions from your account. Support is by email at info@dzimark.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use Office Manager or this website to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to get around the license.

Liability

Office Manager is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

We may suspend or revoke a license that breaks these terms or isn't paid for. You can close your account at any time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
