Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Dzimark ("we") collects when you visit this website, create an account for Office Manager by Dzimark, pay for a subscription, or run Office Manager on your server — and what we do with it.

Your company's data stays on your server

Office Manager is self-hosted. Your employees' records, attendance, payroll, invoices, documents and everything else you put into the software are stored in your own database on your own server. We never receive, store or have access to that data.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, company name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Billing — your plan, billing period and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment providers (Razorpay, or Stripe for some card payments outside India); we never see or store them.
• License check-ins — once a day your server sends us its license key, a random installation ID, its web address, the Office Manager version and the number of active users, so we can keep your license valid and enforce your plan's user limit.
• Website analytics and ads — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel measure visits and which ads lead to sign-ups. If you decline, these tools don't set cookies. We also remember which ad or campaign (UTM tags, ad click IDs) you arrived from, to attribute your sign-up.
• Support — what you send us by email.

How we use it

• To provide your account, license key, downloads and updates, and to process subscriptions and renewals.
• To send service emails — welcome, trial, payment, security (password reset) and new-version emails.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe) to take payments.
• Our hosting and email providers, to run this website and send email.
• Google and Meta, only for the analytics and ad measurement you accept.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice and which campaign you arrived from. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can clear them at any time in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and billing records while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal data, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can see and update your details in Account settings, and ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to info@dzimark.com.
