Cancellation & refund policy

This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for Office Manager by Dzimark subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of service.

Free trial

• The free trial lasts 7 days and starts when you add a card or UPI AutoPay mandate. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• In India, Razorpay takes a ₹5 verification payment when the mandate is set up and refunds it automatically.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing: in your account, open the Free trial tab and press Cancel trial, or write to us.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and is charged automatically, then renews every month or year on the plan you chose until you cancel.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel renewal at any time from your account (or by writing to us).
• Your license keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't charged again.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise. To ask about a payment, write to info@dzimark.com.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Office Manager keeps working for 7 days so you can update your payment method; after that it shows the License page until you renew. Your data is never deleted.

Delivery

Office Manager is software you download and install on your own server — nothing is shipped. Your license key and the download appear in your account as soon as your payment method is added.
