On your own server, in your own database file. Sensitive fields and uploaded files are encrypted with a key that only exists on your server. We never see your company's data.
How does the license key work?
Your key activates one server. The system checks in with us once a day; when your subscription renews, the key extends automatically. If our servers are briefly unreachable, you keep working.
What happens if a payment fails or I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, plus a 7-day grace period. After that the system locks to the License page until you renew — your data is kept, never deleted.
Can I move to a different server?
Yes. Release the key from your account page, then activate it on the new server. Back up the data folder and copy it across.
What do I need to install it?
Any hosting that runs Node.js apps (cPanel, Hostinger, Plesk, a VPS), or Docker. The installer walks you through the license key, company details and the owner account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days on any plan. You add a card or UPI AutoPay to start it, and the first payment is only taken when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. In India, Razorpay takes ₹5 to verify the card or UPI ID and refunds it automatically. Yearly gives you two months free.
